NABCO Trainees to go through six months probation---- Dr Ibrahim Anyass

Dr Ibrahim Anyass has said government will pay monthly stipend of GH700 to  all NABCO trainees for a six months probation period.
He said trainees will have to pass through quarterly evaluation and those quarterly evaluation is just the usual employment contract, that they have to meet a six months probation period.
According to Dr Ibrahim Anyass all those employed under NABCO will receive their monthly stipend.
"The first quarter evaluation to be done at the end of December, the next one at the end of March and then they get a substantive letter of appointment saying that they have met the key performance indicators and we have  summarized into those core values".
He told News File host Sampson Anyenini on Saturday.
He confirmed that during the six months probation period government will pay the trainees.
