It is important to know the activities you should stay away from after sweeting it out at workout seasion; simply because it determines how effective your routine will be.
   1) SKIPPING THE STRETCH: Once you are done with your workout ,you should stretch the muscles that you targeted during your exercise routine. This will not only help them recover recover more quickly and keep you more limber but also helps your growth process.
   2) EXCLUDING FAST ACTING CARBS: It is very important for you to quickly consume the proper nutrients after a workout ,and carbohydrates plays a very important role in this equation.Avoid eating fats foods after workout.
   3) WAITING TOO LONG TO EAT : After an intense gym workout your body is in severe need nutrients,especially amino acid and carbohydrates .Your body needs this nutrients to regulate body to help improve your growth process.
